Leo Morton

Leo is a certified Strength & Conditioning coach with over 20 years of training experience, and over 8 years of coaching experience in private, semi-private, group, and team personal training and strength and conditioning. Whether working with elite professional athletes, high school athletes, or general fitness clients, Leo is dedicated to reaching client goals of fat loss, muscle building, or mobility restoration. He has coached World Champion BJJ athlete Robert Drysdale, top three-ranked professional boxer Edwin Rodriquez, as well as clients ranging from 12 to nearly 70 years old.

Abby Carlson

Abby is a full-time occupational therapist, working in a short term rehab facility with the geriatric population, as well as an outpatient pediatric sensory integration clinic. In addition to being an OT, she works as a part-time trainer at ATC Center. Abby has been passionate about health and fitness for over 15 years, and is certified in administering the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), is a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW-SPC), and has a Functional Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Abby has competed in multiple races including various 5-10Ks, sprint triathlons, duathlons, and multiple obstacle races. Through health, fitness, and occupational therapy, Abby is committed to making a difference in people’s lives.
